Carlos Frederico Martins possesses extensive experience in employment services, marketing, and community outreach. Currently serving as an Employment Specialist and Community Outreach coordinator at Lutherwood, Carlos leads the Mentorship Program for Internationally Trained Professionals, facilitating connections between mentees and local volunteer mentors. Additionally, Carlos operates as an Employment Specialist at My Career In Canada, providing consultancy services to individuals ineligible for free employment support. Previous roles include marketing and outreach coordination at the Toronto District School Board, job development for individuals with disabilities at Link Up Employment Services, and various positions in marketing, business development, and education. Carlos holds a Certificate in Marketing Management from Western University and additional degrees in Advertising, Marketing Management, and Tourism.

Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood) is a progressive, not-for-profit that annually provides children's mental health, employment, and housing services to more than 16,000 people with diverse identities within Waterloo Region and Wellington County.
