Verity Suntz

Verity Suntz has extensive experience in the fields of employment support and therapeutic recreation. Currently serving as Placement & Training Coordinator and Employment Advisor at Starling Community Services since October 2015, Verity assesses employment barriers and facilitates workshops for youth aged 15-29. Previously, Verity worked at Lutherwood from June 2006 to May 2015 as a Recreation Therapist, Planning and implementing programs for youth aged 12-18, and as a Health and Safety Officer, managing safety audits and training initiatives. Verity holds a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Waterloo, earned between 2004 and 2009.
