Erica Comacchio has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In their most recent role as a Customer Success Manager at Starling Minds, they have been employed since February 2023. Prior to this, Erica worked at Hootsuite, starting in November 2019 as a Product Training Specialist and later being promoted to Sr. Product Training Specialist in October 2021. Erica ended their tenure at Hootsuite in August 2022. Before joining Hootsuite, Erica was a Product Training Specialist at Precima from November 2018 to November 2019. Erica also held multiple roles at Bond Brand Loyalty, including Project Manager for Ford of Canada from January 2018 to November 2018, Account Coordinator for Ford of Canada from May 2016 to December 2017, and Account Coordinator for IBM Shared Services from May 2015 to May 2016.

Erica Comacchio attended Brock University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their degree, Erica has also obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they became a Certified Training Professional (CTP) from I4PL - The Institute for Performance and Learning. Prior to that, in February 2020, they obtained a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite. In November 2019, Erica earned a Hootsuite Platform Certification and completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google Analytics for Business.
