Megan Kennedy

Megan Kennedy has a strong background in executive leadership roles in the senior living industry. Megan started their career as an Executive Director at Emeritus in 2008 and held that position until 2011. Megan then moved on to Harbor Retirement Associates, where they also served as an Executive Director from 2012 to 2014. Megan then joined Discovery Senior Living as an Executive Director from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are Chief Operating Officer at Starling since February 2022, where they previously held the roles of Vice President Operations from 2019 to 2022 and Executive Director from 2017 to 2022.

Megan Kennedy attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Health Care Administration.
