Rich Garcia

Rich Garcia is an experienced construction professional with a focus on operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Starlite Building Services since July 2022, Rich previously held the position of Project Executive at Swinerton Builders from October 2009 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing K-14 education projects and overseeing solar initiatives. Rich's career began as an Estimator at Guy Yocom Construction, followed by roles as Assistant Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at Swinerton and Snyder Langston, contributing to projects such as the Colorado Commons mixed-use development. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1996 and 2001.
