Derek Poon has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Derek served as the Executive Director, CFO, Authorized representative and Company Secretary at Starlite Holdings Ltd since April 2019. Derek also worked as a Financial Consultant of China Star Light Charity Fund Association starting from December 2012. In addition, Derek was appointed as the Management Accounting Consultant by the Ministry of Finance of the PRC.
