Paul Elworthy

Paul Elworthy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career as a Consultant at Spring IT Personnel and later joined The Allison Partnership in the same position. Paul then joined Hudson Global Resources, where they held multiple positions, including Director, Business Head - IT, and Business Head - Financial Services Practice. After taking a sabbatical for a few months, Paul worked at Major Players as a Director before moving to iKas International as the Head of the London office. Paul then transitioned to a role at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial as a Resourcing Business Partner (Interim). Most recently, Paul has been working as the Head of HR at Starlizard Consulting Ltd.

Paul Elworthy attended Kings School Peterborough from 1986 to 1993. Paul then went on to study Biology at the University of Hull, where they earned a BSc degree from 1993 to 1996.
