Ioana-Daniela Andrei

Ioana-Daniela Andrei has a long and varied work experience, starting in 2005 as an Account Executive at McCann Erickson, where they managed a web project for Coca-Cola's summer advertising campaign in Romania. In 2007, they moved to Saatchi & Saatchi, where they were an Account Executive managing advertising projects for international clients. In 2010, they became a Sales Manager at Cooltra Motos S.L. where they managed the Barcelona Renting office and Cooltra insurance claims in Spain. In 2014, they became a Sales and Account Development at Destination Global, where they provided accommodation and transportation services for 30+ international companies in Cannes, France for different business events. In 2015, they became a Customer Success Manager at Marketing.AI, where they supported the sales team, proposed programs, campaigns, processes etc. to improve customer retention efforts, and was in charge of new accounts and customer support. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at Cymax Group. In 2018, they moved to Galvanize, where they were a Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Whisbi, first as a VP of Customer Success, then as a Director of Customer Success, managing the Customer Success and Implementation departments with a total team of 11 employees and often achieving revenue and client retention targets and KPIs. Finally, in 2023, they became the Director of Account Management at Starmind.

Ioana-Daniela Andrei completed an Applied Web Development degree at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019. In 2008 and 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Relations and Event Management from INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School. From 2004 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in The Sustainable Development Goals from Coursera.
