Erin Kwok

Erin Kwok is the current Head of Marketing & Operations for France & International at StarOfService. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Care at Nestor Paris from April 2016 to May 2018. In this role, Erin was responsible for customer support, retention, and feedback. Erin successfully increased customer satisfaction by 95% while reducing churn by 30%. Prior to their time at Nestor, Erin worked as a Junior Product Manager at Amazon from January 2015 to July 2015. Erin also worked as a Trade Marketing Assistant at Mondelēz International from June 2014 to December 2014. Erin Kwok is a proven leader with a track record of success in customer-facing roles.

Erin Kwok has a Master in Management Grande Ecole from ESCP Business School, with a focus in entrepreneurship. Erin also did an exchange student program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they studied e-business. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame du Grandchamp for their CPGE (Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Écoles) in ECE (Économie et gestion), and Saint Jean de Passy for their baccalauréat in economics.

They are on a team with Maël Leclair - Co-Founder & Technology Architect, Nicolas Garnault - CTO, and Santino Oteri - Head of Customer Service, International. Their manager is Lucas Lambertini, Co-Founder & CEO.
