Ariel Einhorn

Ariel Einhorn is a highly skilled baker with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Head Baker at STARR Restaurants since November 2014, after previously holding the position of Assistant Head Baker at the same establishment. Prior to this, Ariel worked at the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group as Bread Demi Sous Chef at Bouchon Bakery from June 2012 to July 2014 and gained foundational baking experience at Seven Stars Bakery from October 2010 to October 2011. Ariel holds a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry from Johnson & Wales University, earned from 2009 to 2012.
