Destiny Petty is a Senior ITSM Analyst at Starr Insurance, where responsibilities include IT asset management since January 2018. Previously, Destiny held the role of Desktop Support Engineer at ESP Global Services from November 2015 to January 2018, focusing on Active Directory administration, hardware configuration, and user support. Prior experience includes working as an IT Consultant at ION Computer Systems, managing Priority 1 issues, and providing post-migration support.
