Dianneliz Garcia

Dianneliz Garcia is an experienced professional with a strong background in injury prevention and safety management. Currently serving as a Loss Control Consultant at Starr Insurance Companies since July 2023, Dianneliz also holds a position as an Aerospace Medical Technician with the Air National Guard since March 2021. Previous roles include Safety Manager at F&S Fresh Foods and Employee Safety Specialist at Main Line Health, where a data-driven approach was utilized to enhance injury prevention strategies across a workforce of over 10,000 employees. Dianneliz began a military career as an Army Musician in the Army National Guard from April 2007 to March 2021. Additionally, experience includes managing an onsite musculoskeletal injury prevention program at Boeing as a Program Manager for Work-Fit and developing an injury prevention program for the meat packing industry with ATI Worksite Solutions. Dianneliz holds a Master of Science in Athletic Training and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
