Samantha Dunning

Samantha Dunning is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and construction underwriting. Currently serving as the Head of Renewable Energy at Starr Insurance Companies since November 2022, Samantha previously held positions at Fidelis Insurance as a Renewable Energy and Construction Underwriter and at RMS as a Senior Account Manager for Global Brokers. Additional experience includes roles at Ascot Underwriting Ltd. and HSB Engineering Insurance, focusing on renewable energy underwriting and construction insurance. Samantha began her career at XL Catlin as a Marine Hull and War Underwriting Assistant. Academic credentials include a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London, earned between 2002 and 2006.
