Tom Becconsall

Tom Becconsall is an experienced insurance professional specializing in casualty underwriting and risk management. With a career spanning over three decades, Tom has held key roles at prominent companies, including Director of Casualty Underwriting and Regional Manager at Starr Insurance Companies since December 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager for National Accounts at AIG Risk Management and Kemper Insurance, as well as various underwriting positions at Royal and Sunalliance and Atlantic Mutual. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, completed in 1988.
