Brianna O'Hara is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product and customer marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product & Customer Marketing at StarRez, Inc. since March 2025, Brianna previously held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Firstup, where the focus was on enhancing employee engagement through intelligent communication platforms. Prior to that role, Brianna was the Director of Product Marketing at Persado, leading initiatives for a Motivation AI Platform. With a strong foundation in product marketing established at BizLibrary, Brianna advanced through several roles, including Senior Product Marketing Manager and Content & Creative Manager, contributing to significant go-to-market strategies and team leadership. Earlier career experience includes serving as Brand Strategist/Marketing Director at Heartland Credit Union Association. Brianna holds a BS in Marketing with a focus on Advertising & Promotions from Missouri State University, along with a certification from the Product Marketing Alliance.
