Christian Barber

Christian Barber has extensive work experience in the field of residence life and student housing. Christian is currently employed at StarRez, Inc. as an Account Manager, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at George Mason University, where they held various roles including Director Of Residence Life, Interim Director of Housing & Residence Life, Associate Director of Residential Communities, and Assistant Director Of Residence Life. Christian also worked at Mount St. Mary's University as the Associate Director of Residence Life for Housing Operations and Assistant Director of Residence Life. Christian gained experience at Shippensburg University as a Residence Director, Connection Alcohol & Other Drug Program Staff Member, and Academic Success Program Residence Director. Christian also worked as a New Student Orientation Graduate Assistant at Dickinson College and as a Resident Advisor at DeSales University. Christian began their career in 2005 as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./ Gap.

Christian Barber has a diverse education history. From 2004 to 2008, they attended DeSales University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study was in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, they enrolled in Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania to pursue a Master of Science degree in Counseling & College Student Personnel.
