Alyssa Alonzo

Alyssa Alonzo, M.A., LMFT, has extensive experience in the mental health field, currently serving as a Supervisor for the Practicum Team at Stars Behavioral Health Group since March 2017. In addition to this role, Alonzo has worked with the Assessment/Intake and Adult/LGBTQIA+ teams as a Mental Health Specialist III and II. Since July 2021, Alonzo has also been providing therapy at Path and previously held therapist positions at Paradigm Malibu and Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic. Early career roles include various positions in operations and customer experience at Gap Inc., as well as MFT trainee roles at OPCC, The Peacock Foundation, and The Salvation Army. Alonzo earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, MFT, from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
