Jacqui Foster

Jacqui Foster is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Stars Behavioral Health Group since November 2018, Jacqui provides HR support for the Central Valley region. Previous roles at Starbucks from August 2005 to November 2018 include Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista. Additionally, Jacqui has experience as a Tutor from September 2003 to September 2014, a Forensics Coach at Clovis Unified School District from August 2005 to May 2008, and a Youth Director at Lord of Life Lutheran Church from 2006 to 2007. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Strayer University.
