Tony Beltran

Tony Beltran currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Stars Behavioral Health Group, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tony was the President and CEO of Pittsburgh Mercy - Trinity Health from January 2019 to June 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Safety Net at Trinity Health from June 2016 to January 2019, Executive Director at Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center from May 2013 to June 2016, First Deputy Commissioner at Chicago Department of Public Health from April 2010 to May 2013, and Chief Operating Officer at Heartland International Health Center from April 2008 to April 2010. Tony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Illinois Chicago.
