Brita Paula Põder

Brita Paula Põder began their work experience in 2018 as a Shift Lead and Waitress at Elevant Restaurant. Brita Paula then moved on to MJ Model Management in 2019, where they worked as a Talent Scout, responsible for seeking out new talent and maintaining agency's social media accounts. In 2020, Brita joined Starship Technologies as a Robot Operator and Trainer, before being promoted to Operations Team Lead in April 2021. In their current role, they manage a team of 30 remote assistance specialists, overseeing their performance and training needs.

Brita Paula Põder completed their education at the Estonian Academy of Arts from 2019 to 2023, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Management. Prior to that, they attended Nottingham Trent University in 2018-2019, studying Fashion Marketing and Branding. Brita also obtained a High School Diploma in French Language and Literature from Tallinna Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium from 2015 to 2018.
