Onur Mert Sözer

Onur Mert Sözer is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in technical support and event management. Currently, as a Robot Fleet Operations Assistant and Robot Technician at Starship Technologies since November 2021, Onur supports a fleet of over 350 autonomous delivery robots, focusing on service quality and process improvement. Previously, Onur held roles including Project Manager at CoWorldHub, leading the consultancy's development and brand identity, and Project and Venue Manager at URG GastroPub & Stage, overseeing its launch and management. Onur also founded and directed SecretDate Agency, specializing in immersive events. Prior experience includes international operations at Hira Laboratory Testing Equipment Co and a research assistant role at Ufuk Üniversitesi, complemented by educational qualifications in finance and business administration from Anadolu University and Middle East Technical University.
