Fabio Cardona, MBA, is an experienced data analyst and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Starshot Ventures since February 2021, where automation and PowerBI dashboards were developed to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. As the founder of PartnerComp, Fabio delivers customized solutions to improve operational efficiency and facilitate data-driven decisions for businesses. Previously, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to November 2020, Fabio held various leadership roles, including WW Business Support Manager and Channel Incentives Transformation Lead, driving significant process improvements and managing global teams. Fabio's career began at HP from March 2008 to October 2015, where initiatives led to substantial reductions in payment backlogs and turnaround times. Fabio holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
