Caryn Johnson is the Founder and CEO of BOND, a women’s hormone health company addressing reproductive wellness through clean and clinically-backed supplements. Currently, Caryn serves as a Launching Principal at Starshot Ventures, leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for multiple wellness brands. Previously, they were instrumental in scaling Vital Proteins from a startup to a billion-dollar brand and overseeing its acquisition by Nestlé Health Science. Additionally, Caryn co-founded Titan Manufacturing, where they engineered custom production lines for high-growth consumer brands. They hold a degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
