Start Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1984. Our Mission is to promote opportunities, which enhance the self-sufficiency of people to empower them to live and function independently.

We offer Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Community Based Services, Veterans Services, Crisis Care and Homeless Outreach/Coordinated Entry throughout the state of Louisiana. Currently, we operate five Federally Qualified Health Centers and are excited to add two more this year. Start Corporation received 3 Year CARF Accreditation for  Case Management/Services Coordination, Community Housing, and  Community Integration.
