Anisha Ford is an experienced early education consultant currently working with Start Early since June 2022. Prior to this role, Anisha served as a research assistant at the Saul Zaentz Early Education Initiative from December 2021 to June 2022 and was an Ed.M. candidate at Harvard University Graduate School of Education from June 2021 to June 2022. Anisha's career in early education began at Start Early, where roles included program manager and program coordinator from June 2018 to June 2021. Anisha also held a position in early and elementary education policy at New America for a brief period in 2018 and spent time as an assistant teacher at Children's Learning Place in late 2017. Earlier professional experience includes customer success management and business development roles at Hireology, a marketing internship at Ford Motor Company, and a summer internship at the Office of Alderman Brendan Reilly in Chicago. Anisha holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
