Carrie Eaton has a diverse background in fundraising and relationship management, currently serving as Manager of Individual Giving at Start Early since November 2021, after progressing from Senior Associate in the same field. Prior to this role, Carrie worked at CCS Fundraising as a Consultant/Director for the Central US from April to November 2021. Carrie's experience also includes a tenure at the United Way of Metro Chicago from March 2018 to March 2021, where roles included Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and Major Gifts & Individual Giving Coordinator. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Psychology from The University of Alabama, earned in 2017.
