Ihvi Maria Aidukaitis

Ihvi Maria Aidukaitis possesses extensive experience in entrepreneurship and operational management. Currently serving as a Mentor with START Global since October 2023, Ihvi previously held the role of Gerente Executiva de Operações e Parcerias at Consulta Remédios since December 2021. As the Founder and CEO of Receita Digital since July 2017, Ihvi developed a digital platform for connecting healthcare professionals and patients. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the Associação Brasileira de Startups de Saúde from November 2019 to November 2021 and co-founding a beauty salon scheduling platform, Bell! É pra já! from January 2015 to March 2018. Prior banking experience includes various managerial roles at Caixa Economica Federal from December 2010 to March 2018, where Ihvi oversaw teams and client relationships. Educational qualifications encompass a degree in Entrepreneurship from Founder Institute and extensions in Smart Cities and a Licenciatura Plena in Education, Health, and Physical Education from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
