Mili Romano is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Vexxel and as a START Global Entrepreneur, Mili also mentors startups at Emprelatam and imparts knowledge as a Professor at UADE. Previous roles include Co-founder and COO at Bluerabbit, Data Management Specialist at ExxonMobil, and Product Marketing Manager at Samsung Electronics. Mili's educational background includes a specialization in Business from the University of St.Gallen, a focus on Product & Growth from Reforge, and a degree in Business Administration from UADE, complemented by studies in Data Science, Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, and conservation.

START Global
START Global is building the seeding ground for entrepreneurial talent. Our non-profit student initiative was established in 1996 at the University of St. Gallen. Since then, we have built a community of like-minded founders and entrepreneurial-minded individuals deeply embedded in Europe's startup ecosystem. Our organization hosts the annual START Summit x Hack, organizes the START Fellowship program, and connects entrepreneurial minds. Through these efforts, we aim to unleash the innovative potential of entrepreneurial ecosystems. Since 2016, START has been supported by the START Foundation and its advisory board, which includes ten distinguished Swiss entrepreneurs and investors, amongst others, Daniel Gutenberg, Urs Wietlisbach and Florian Schweitzer.
