Laura Dumas

Laura Dumas serves as the Executive Director at Start Me Up Niagara since December 2020, following a distinguished tenure as Director of Programs at Community Support Services of Niagara from September 2009 to November 2020. In previous roles, Laura excelled in managing residential services for clients and overseeing daily operations across various agency programs, focusing on independent living and staff development. With experience in volunteer coordination and service delivery, including positions at Ontario March of Dimes and the Elizabeth Fry Society of Peel, Laura has demonstrated expertise in program development, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with regulatory standards. Laura holds a Correctional Officer Diploma from Sheridan College, encompassing studies in psychology, sociology, and communication.
