Vasundhara Pandey is an experienced professional in the fields of gender equality, safeguarding, and social impact consultancy. Currently serving as a Membership Engagement Adviser at Start Network since April 2023, Pandey also holds the position of Founder at Aazaad Khayal, a consultancy focused on creating inclusive workspaces and promoting gender equality. With a background as a Senior Education Mentor at Debate Mate, Vasundhara has facilitated training sessions for major corporations and educational institutions. Additional roles include Postgraduate Taught Officer at SOAS University of London, Director of Client Services at 180 Degrees Consulting, and various consultative positions addressing gender issues. Vasundhara has a robust educational background in Gender Studies from SOAS University of London and Indira Gandhi National Open University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
