Xan Hong

Xan Hong has been involved in the tech industry since 2016, when they joined the Advisory Board of Smart Kidz Club, Inc. In 2018, they founded X-Commerce Solutions, where they currently serve as Owner. In 2020, they began working with Choice Insurance Solutions LLC as an Advisor and with Science & Magic as a Digital Advertising Manager. That same year, they also became a Fellow with the What If Fellowship. In 2021, they joined Million Labs as a Venture Scout and Philly Startup Leaders as a 2021 Founded in Philly Series II Cohort. They are currently the CEO & Co-Founder of ONTrac | SMART Goal Content Platform and Owner/Consultant of Drive Phase Consulting.

Xan Hong's education history includes a High School Diploma from Cheshire High School (1990-1994), a BA in Biology and Nutrition from the University of Pennsylvania (1994-1998), an MsED in Secondary Science Education from the University of Pennsylvania (2000-2001), a Certificate Program in Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship from Draper University (2020), and a Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Startup School Online (2020). Additionally, Xan Hong holds a Google Ads Search Certification from Google, obtained in July 2022.
