Marc Flanderijn

Marc Flanderijn is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in business control and financial management. Currently serving as Financieel Directeur at Start People since February 2022, Marc partners with the managing director to oversee the largest label within RGF NL and manage control operations for smaller labels, reporting directly to the board. Prior to this role, Marc held positions including Manager Business Control at Brink Group, where responsibilities included KPI steering and financial analysis, and Senior Business Controller at Start People, focusing on commercial control. Additional roles include Procesmanager Finance at CapitalP, Marge Controller at Start People, and various controller positions at Super de Boer, AS Watson (Kruidvat), and Deloitte. Marc holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen, specializing in Management Accounting and Control.
