Feras Alhlou

Feras Alhlou is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in startups and nonprofit organizations. As co-founder of Start Up With Feras, Feras advises entrepreneurs on growth strategies and shares valuable insights drawn from a diverse career. Feras also serves as co-founder and chairman of the board at e-CENS, leading strategic initiatives across multiple regions. Feras holds the position of Board Vice Chair and Biomed Committee Chair for the American Red Cross, emphasizing a commitment to blood donation and awareness. Additionally, Feras contributes as a youth instructor and assistant instructor in Aikido Silicon Valley, while providing pro bono advisory services to various nonprofits. Previous roles include chief technology officer at Cardinal Path, where Feras integrated an acquired company, and co-founder and CEO of E-Nor, which specialized in enterprise digital analytics. Feras holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
