Derek has successfully led logistics strategy alignment with corporate objectives, achieving a significant 13% reduction in transportation costs, equating to $400K annually. Previously, Derek held various roles at TMC, a division of C.H. Robinson, including Supply Chain Analyst and Operations Manager, where oversight of inbound transportation and cost analysis were key responsibilities. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from The University of Akron, obtained from 1998 to 2003.
