Dheeraj Kumar has extensive experience in customer experience management across various industries, particularly in the telecommunications and e-commerce sectors. As Account Head at STARTEK since April 2021, Dheeraj manages customer experience operations for a leading fashion e-commerce brand. Previously, as Senior Director at Teleperformance, responsibilities included overseeing customer experience for Reliance JIO and Flipkart, managing teams of over 800 employees. Dheeraj held multiple Associate Vice President roles at Aegis Customer Support Services and Aegis Ltd, leading large teams and driving performance metrics such as PnL, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Dheeraj has also gained significant experience in operations management and team leadership from earlier positions in various organizations, starting from Team Lead at ATS Services Pvt Ltd to various managerial roles overseeing substantial team sizes and complex operations. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
