Frank Schiro

Frank Schiro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, employee development, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Business Process Analyst at Allied Solutions since October 2021, Frank previously held multiple roles at STARTEK, including Operations Manager and Agent Development and Retention Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a large team and developing retention programs. As Executive Director of the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce from July 2018 to June 2023, Frank promoted economic development in the region. Frank's career also includes ownership of small businesses and a strong foundation in real estate and fulfillment management. Frank holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Forest and Range Management from Colorado State University.
