Rod Spires is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the customer service and operations sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Startek since November 2025, Rod previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at iQor from January 2018 to November 2025. Prior roles include Country Manager for Advanced Health Media in the Philippines and for StarTek, along with Vice President of Operations at Sitel. Additionally, Rod has a solid foundation in operational leadership from Sykes and Sykes, and began the career as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force. Rod holds an Associate's Degree in Avionics, Finance and Financial Management Services from the Community College of the Air Force, and is currently pursuing further education at Kaplan University and Minot State University.
