Troy Sanders is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic account management within the customer care and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Startek since July 2025, Troy previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development at VXI Global Solutions for a brief period in late 2024. From 2013 to 2024, Troy contributed significantly to iQor as Vice President of Business Development Strategic Partnership Relationships, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth through the contracting of various accounts.
