Ved Prakash

Ved Prakash is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as the HR Head for India (Domestic) and Sri Lanka at Startek since April 2015. This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and leadership hiring, as well as leading strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Ved held the Vice President of Human Resources position focused on the hire-to-retire employee life cycle for the Gurgaon location, and also managed key functions such as Talent Services and Rewards for India employees. With a solid background in compensation, benefits, and payroll management, Ved has contributed significantly to projects on compensation restructuring and compliance with labor laws throughout a career that includes leadership roles at Aegis Ltd, Global Vantegde, and Daksh. Ved holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
