Tejas R.

Tejas R. is the CEO and Founder of Startery, a startup consulting firm and incubator established in October 2021, focused on nurturing top student operators through a 10-week summer program that promotes idea incubation and startup client projects. Tejas R. also serves as an Advisor for Rebite, a company spun out from Startery's S23 cohort. Additional experience includes roles in partnerships at Lakefront Ventures and as Kellogg Founders Director of Education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior positions span various companies, including ZS and Epic, where responsibilities ranged from operations and technology to product management. Tejas R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University and has pursued continuing education in Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University.
