Austin Rochwick

Austin Rochwick is an experienced Customer Success Implementation Specialist, currently working at both StarTex Software and EHS Insight since January 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding new customers and serving as the technical point of contact to configure platforms to meet client needs. Prior experience includes serving as an Implementation Specialist at Procentia, Inc from March 2020 to January 2022, focusing on back-end development with XML, VB.NET, and TSQL stored procedures, and as a Client Services Pension Analyst at Mercer from June 2019 to March 2020, where Austin completed pension calculations and managed participant requests. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2019, and has an educational background from the College of Lake County and Barrington High School.
