Karen Fisher Strauss

Karen Fisher Strauss has over a decade of experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as a Senior Associate at StartFinder since January 2011, where expertise in Information Technology and Talent Acquisition is utilized to assist commercial organizations and federal contractors. Prior to this role, Karen was a Managing Partner at Pine & Ivy from 2005 to 2010, where faux fur throws, Scout Bags, and custom stampers were manufactured and sold. Earlier in the career, Karen worked as an Account Executive at Grainger from 1996 to 1998, managing and growing accounts in Washington D.C.
