Nitin Kaushal

Nitin Kaushal has held a variety of roles since 2017. Nitin began as a Director Board of Directors at VieMed in 2017 and has since held similar roles at Delta 9, High Tide Inc., Starton Therapeutics, The Valens Company, and 3|Sixty Secure Corp. In 2018, they became President of Anik Capital Corp. and in 2020, they became a Director at Flower One. Currently, they are a Director at PsyBio Therapeutics Corp and FSD Pharma Inc.

Nitin Kaushal obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of Toronto Scarborough in the years 1982 to 1986. Nitin then went on to obtain their CA, CPA from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) between 1986 and 1989. In 2010, they earned their CF Corporate Finance Qualification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
