Matt Vaughn

Matt Vaughn has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Matt is currently the Vice President of Sales at StarTree since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cockroach Labs as the Regional Vice President of Sales from February 2022 to November 2022, Regional Director from February 2021 to February 2022, and Account Executive from August 2019 to February 2021. Before their time at Cockroach Labs, Matt worked at Cloudera as an Account Manager from January 2019 to July 2019. Matt also held the position of Account Manager at Hortonworks from December 2015 to July 2019. Matt's earlier experience includes being the Vice President of Sales at Clean Hands Safe Hands from December 2014 to December 2015, and the Director of Sales at Vendormate, Inc. from July 2009 to December 2014. Matt began their career as a Baseball Player at Clemson University, where they pitched for 4 years and served as a team captain in 2008 and 2009.

Matt Vaughn attended the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
