Paula Kwan

Paula Kwan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience design, innovation, and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Board Member at Startup Canada since September 2022, Paula previously held the position of Senior Manager at KPMG Canada, where responsibilities included leading customer advisory initiatives to enhance client value in the digital age. As Founding Director of the Civic Innovation Office at the City of Toronto, Paula played a pivotal role in driving innovation to address civic challenges. Additional roles include advising the UXR Collective, co-organizing We Are Wearables, and leading global expansion efforts at Pivotal Labs. Paula's background also encompasses strategic project management at Pivotal Labs and significant client success management experience at Achievers. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
