Aleksandra Jakubiec has a diverse work experience in the finance sector. Aleksandra started their career at PKO Bank Polski as an Internship Trainee in 2017, where they gained valuable experience in customer consulting and file management. In 2018, Aleksandra continued their internship at PKO Bank Polski in the Corporate Risk Department, performing financial analysis and monitoring client compliance.

In 2019, they joined Startup House as a Finance Assistant, contributing to the development of financial processes and providing accurate financial planning and reporting. Aleksandra'srole expanded to Finance Team Leader in 2020, where they played a crucial role in building and leading the finance team, presenting key metrics for informed decision-making. Currently, Aleksandra holds the position of Head of Finance at Startup House, overseeing financial operations, strategic financial planning, and resource allocation optimization.

Aleksandra Jakubiec has a strong educational background in the field of Finance and Accounting. Aleksandra obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2017, and also pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field at the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in 2016.

In 2018, Aleksandra went on to pursue a Master's degree in Banking and Finance at ZHAW School of Management and Law. Following that, they returned to SGH Warsaw School of Economics and completed another Master's degree in Global Business Finance and Governance in 2019.

Additionally, Aleksandra has earned a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from the CIMA institution in February 2020. This certification further strengthens their expertise in financial management and accounting.

Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics and CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they completed a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting.
