Cezary Miksa

Cezary Miksa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cezary is currently working as a Senior Account Manager at Startup Development House since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Director at Webellian from September 2020 to October 2021.

In 2019, Cezary worked as a Consultant at Vodeno, a Fintech company specializing in cloud-native core banking solutions. During their time there, they supervised Product Owners in the agile software development process and system migration for the first customer.

From 2007 to 2019, Cezary worked at Asseco Poland in various roles. As a Business Development Manager, they were responsible for establishing Asseco's presence in new markets in Africa and the Middle East. Cezary also played a key role in developing significant contracts abroad, including a $10 million contract with the Ethiopian Government. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager, overseeing software development projects for public government organizations and successfully delivering a challenging project after a company merger.

Furthermore, Cezary served as a Non-Executive Director at Asseco Software Nigeria from July 2014 to February 2019. Their responsibilities included coordinating sales and project activities between various Asseco Group members and supporting the efficient cooperation of Asseco Software Nigeria with other Asseco Group entities.

Cezary's earlier experience includes working as a Custom Software Tester at ABG S.A. from October 2005 to October 2007.

Cezary Miksa holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. Following this, they pursued a postgraduate program in Projects Management at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Cezary Miksa has obtained various certifications throughout their professional career. Cezary is a certified Professional Scrum Master, having completed the program with Scrum.org in March 2020. Cezary also holds a certification in Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts, which they obtained through LinkedIn in February 2020. Moreover, in August 2011, they achieved the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, Cezary Miksa holds a Microsoft certification as a Technology Specialist in MS Project, although the specific month and year of obtaining this credential are unknown.
