Julita Isalska has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in Operations Management, Program Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Their most recent position was as an Operations Manager at Startup Development House, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Spacelift from March 2021 to February 2022. Before transitioning into operations, Julita worked at HP as a Global People Experience Program Manager from April 2017 to February 2021. Julita also held several roles at Google, including Customer Experience Manager, Global Operations Manager, HR Customer Relationship Manager, and Project Manager, during their tenure from 2007 to 2017.
Julita Isalska started their education at Wroclaw University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland in 2002. Julita pursued a Masters degree in Economics and successfully completed it in 2007. In 2004, they had the opportunity to study abroad as an Erasmus Student Exchange at Technische Universität Dresden in Dresden, Germany. Their educational journey continued as they started working towards a Ph.D. in Economics at Wroclaw University of Economics in 2009, which is currently still in progress.
