Steven Krein

Steven Krein has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Steven is currently the CEO, Cofounder, and Managing Partner of StartUp Health, a company that supports and invests in digital health startups. Since its inception in 2011, StartUp Health has built a large portfolio of over 175 companies across the globe.

Before StartUp Health, Krein was the Managing Partner of Transformation Ventures, where they played a key role in the company's operations. In 2012, they also served as a Corporate Board Member for Health Data Consortium.

Earlier in their career, Krein co-founded and served as CEO of OrganizedWisdom.com, Inc., a platform for health and wellness that connects doctors and health experts with digital media. Steven successfully led the company from 2005 to 2011, securing investments from notable individuals and organizations.

Krein has also held senior positions in prominent companies. In 2002, they were the Sr. Vice President of iVillage, Inc., and in 1996, they co-founded Promotions.com, Inc., where they served as Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder. At Promotions.com, Krein achieved significant sales growth and successfully sold the company to iVillage, Inc.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Krein worked at The New York Law Publishing Company as the Assistant Publisher of Law Journal EXTRA!. Steven also co-founded a company called LINK in 1993.
