Hovsep Yaghmourian

Hovsep Yaghmourian has a diverse background in technical marketing and customer account management. Currently a Technical Marketing Student at Startup Institute since June 2016, Hovsep is gaining skills in email marketing, inbound and outbound marketing strategies, analytics, and paid advertising optimization. Previously, from September 2011 to March 2016 at Next Step Living, Hovsep held positions as Heat Division Case Coordinator and Customer Account Manager, facilitating communication between departments and assisting customers with various home energy projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Game Advisor at GameStop from May 2005 to May 2012, where exceptional customer service was prioritized. Hovsep holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Worcester State University, earned in 2009.
